About Dr Graeme Williams Thirty-six years in the field of medicine and pathology has established a sound grounding for Dr Williams’ research into hormone dysfunction. A medical scientist majoring in haematology; Bachelor of Science majoring in Biochemistry and Physiology; a pathology lab manager; combined year Medicine at Monash University; proceptorships at Harvard and Brown Universities in Emergency and Orthopaedic Medicine; the co-creator of Australia’s first fully integrative medical history and prescription computer program in the early 80’s; Sports Physician to local, State and elite Australian athletes, including the Australian Cricket Board, Victorian Netball, professional Australian Rules Football and the PGA Tour; an experienced GP and sports physician; RCPA specialist pathology training; GP mentor; hormone researcher; Australian and International speaker; clinician and author. It was during his specialist pathology training, under the guidance of Prof. Bill de Boer, that Dr Williams began to identify anomalies in disease aetiologies. As hormone assays became more specific and the understanding of receptor function improved, common disease patterns started to emerge. Now, some 15 years later, it’s all history. Hundreds of detailed hormone related evidence-based medical research papers, more than 10,000 detailed hormone patient reviews, and untold of hours work have culminated in the release of Unlock Your Hormones.
